Yes, we can oversee and coordinate maintenance or emergency repairs during extended service visits.
Cancellations made with adequate notice (as specified during booking) are fully flexible. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

The Extended Service is designed to cover up to 3 hours, which allows for thorough and tailored property care. At this time, we do not offer additional hours beyond this service. If you have specific needs, we’d be happy to discuss how they can be accommodated within the available options.
